Our menu harkens to simple farm foods, plucked from the garden or traded with the butcher. We support local, regional, national and international growers, farmers and producers that uphold sustainable practices. Our aim is to allow the food products to speak for themselves and to celebrate the flavours, history and lore surrounding them.

Cheese, meats and vegetables by their very nature are simple and wholesome, which reflects our approach in the kitchen - let the food be classic, beautiful and down-to-earth. FARM dishes are fresh, seasonal, abundant, delicious and filled with natural colour, texture and flavour.

We take pride in the time-honoured preparation of our food, using traditional knives, wires and slicers to create our boards of fine cheeses and charcuterie.

FARMs large, open kitchen is the heart and soul of the space - just like at home. Guests seated along the concrete kitchen counter can openly visit with the Chef and Wine Director and watch their meals being lovingly created.
